Frequently asked questions
Are the departure times live?
Times are estimates based on the frequencies published by the operator. Real traffic can make buses earlier or later, so arrive at the station a few minutes early.
Why can't the app find the nearest station?
Allow location access in Settings → AmalGo → Location ("While Using the App"). Location is never sent to a server of mine. Without it you can still pick stations by hand.
How do I change the language?
Open More → Language and choose English, French or Arabic.
Where can I buy tickets?
At the ticket machines at Amalway stations. The Tickets tab shows current fares and reload options. AmalGo does not sell tickets.
Is AmalGo the official Amalway app?
No. AmalGo is an independent app and is not affiliated with Agadir Mobilité, Amalway or the bus operators. For official information, visit amalway.ma.
